We do not sell products ourselves. We do not collect payments on behalf of vendors.

2. Your Agreement

By accessing or using this site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We expect honesty, respect, and accountability from all users — buyers and vendors alike.

3. Independent Vendor Marketplace

All products listed on Curvly Queens are sold by independent vendors.
That means:

  • Vendors set their own prices, shipping terms, and return/refund policies.
  • You deal directly with the vendor when you place an order.
  • Payments are made directly to vendors using their own payment links or checkout systems.
  • Curvly Queens does not process payments or issue refunds.

If you have an issue with a product, please contact the vendor directly. Each vendor’s details are provided on their shop page.

4. Creating an Account

To shop or sell, you’ll need an account. When you sign up:

  • Provide truthful, up-to-date information
  • Keep your login secure
  • Don’t impersonate anyone or use fake details
    We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate our community standards or these Terms.

5. Shopping on Curvly Queens

When you place an order:

  • You’re entering into a direct transaction with the vendor
  • You agree to the vendor’s stated policies
  • Curvly Queens is not responsible for product quality, delivery, or fulfillment

Before purchasing, we encourage you to:

  • Read the product description carefully
  • Review the vendor’s store policies
  • Reach out to the vendor if you have questions

6. Vendor Standards

We expect our vendors to:

  • Accurately describe products
  • Set clear fulfillment timelines
  • Be responsive to customer queries
  • Handle returns, exchanges, or complaints fairly

If a vendor consistently fails to deliver quality service, their store may be suspended or removed from the platform.

7. What’s Not Allowed

We take integrity seriously. You may not:

  • List or purchase counterfeit or stolen goods
  • Misuse the site or spam others
  • Post or sell inappropriate, harmful, or illegal items
  • Violate intellectual property rights
  • Engage in abusive behavior

We will investigate and take appropriate action if these rules are broken — including warnings, account suspension, or removal.

8. Intellectual Property

Our name, logo, and site content belong to Curvly Queens. You may not use our branding without written permission.
Vendors retain ownership of their product images and content but grant Curvly Queens a license to feature them for promotional purposes.

9. Platform Limitations

We do our best to keep Curvly Queens running smoothly, but we can’t guarantee:

  • The platform will always be available
  • Listings will always be accurate or up to date
  • Vendors will always meet customer expectations

We are not liable for losses arising from platform issues, user disputes, or vendor conduct.

12. Governing Law
